AB 789, Bill to require health facilities to offer voluntary hepatitis B and C testing passes
On April 20th AB 789 passed out of the Assembly Health Committee to go to the California Assembly Appropriations Committee. This is a huge step forward and advocacy groups continue to fight to ensure this bill will become law. Thank you to the more than 61 groups that sent support letters for this bill.
